You can drop off your package at a DHL point for €6.95. Please note: different orders cannot be returned in a single package.
The product can only be returned if it meets the following conditions:

The product is unworn and in the same condition as received.

The product is not damaged by use.

The original packaging is complete.

The return shipment is at your own expense.

The return has been requested within the 7-day period.

We think it is important that you are satisfied with your order. Should you still wish to return something, please read below on how you can easily do so.
How do you register a return?

Send an email to: Solearchive.ams@gmail.com with a confirmation of the order you wish to return.

State the reason for the return.

Once we have approved your return request, you will receive a return label and a QR code via email. Please note: this may end up in your spam folder.

Stick the return label on the box and hand it in at the nearest DHL parcel point.

As soon as the shoes have been received by us, the purchase amount will be refunded to the same account number used to make the purchase.
Return Costs & Packaging

The return costs are €6.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer. The shipping costs incurred by the Customer when purchasing the product are not included in the return costs and remain at the customer's own expense.

Ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging.

The customer is solely responsible for returning the package. If the return package is lost or damaged during transport, Sole Archive cannot be held liable for this.
- After receipt and approval of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe.
